These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Turismo em Pomerode platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
About the service
Turismo em Pomerode is a platform that connects tourists with experience operators in Pomerode, Santa Catarina. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment of tourist experiences.
User account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of the information provided. Each person may have only one account on the platform.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are made directly with experience operators through the platform. Prices are set by the operators. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours, the refund is 50%.
Experience operators
Operators are responsible for the quality and safety of the experiences offered. The platform is not directly responsible for the execution of experiences.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notification on the platform.
