Turismo em Pomerode ("we", "our") operates the platform turismoempomerode.com.br. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law 13.709/2018).
Data we collect
We collect personal data that you provide directly when registering, booking experiences, or interacting with the platform and the Turismo Operador app. This includes: name, email, phone number, payment and withdrawal data (including PIX key), booking history, language preferences, experience photos, and notification tokens. We also automatically collect data such as IP address, browser type, and platform usage data through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your data
We use your personal data to: process and manage bookings, experiences, and withdrawals; send confirmations, updates, and notifications; authenticate and protect your account; improve our services and personalize your experience; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and, with your consent, send marketing communications.
Data sharing
We share your data only with: experience operators (to process bookings); payment providers (ASAAS) to process transactions; essential authentication, database, hosting, storage, and notification providers; PostHog and Vercel Web Analytics when you authorize analytics; Sentry for technical error monitoring; and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) through the Meta Pixel for measurement and advertising. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your rights (LGPD)
Under the LGPD, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct incomplete or outdated data; request anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data; request data portability; revoke consent at any time; request information about entities with which we share your data.
Data export and deletion
You can export your personal data, deactivate your account, or request deletion. In the Turismo Operador app, deletion starts in Profile > Delete my account. We also accept no-login requests at /en/account/delete. Deletion removes access and anonymizes personal data; booking, payment, invoice, withdrawal, and audit records may be retained only where required by law.
Data security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. We use encryption, access control, and regular security audits.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login, security, and platform operation. With your consent, we use PostHog, Vercel Web Analytics, and UTM parameters in session storage to understand site usage and improve our services. You can accept, reject, or revoke analytics cookies at any time in cookie preferences. The Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) loads on every page regardless of cookie preferences, for campaign measurement and advertising. Technical error monitoring through Sentry remains enabled without session replay recording.
